George Hill coming to Utah

Hill was first drafted by the Spurs so I suspect there is a relationship with Hill and DL.

If we re-sign Hill to a fair contract over say 3 years, I'm okay with the deal. If he's just here to play one year and mentor Exum, it is damn risky.

Hill is a better fit. Can play multiple positions, better shooter, much better defender.

We aren't a title team looking for pieces. We are a bad team looking to get better. Teague is a better player, is younger, is an all star and is a PG...which we desperately need.

It makes zero sense to get the lesser asset.

This is a Utah Jazz move. Make a good move. This is a good trade. Hill is a good player. We will probably make the playoffs now. BUT, we could have had an all star.

And we passed on it to get a good player.

George Hill is 100% better than whoever we would have drafted at #12. This is a weak draft class outside the top 2.

This. I'm glad the Jazz are actually trying to win now. I like Hayward. A lot. I really like Favors. I am optimistic on Exum. But lets get some proven talent here.

Hill is that. I would rather have Teague though.
