Listen to one of the most respected guru onnthe draft say kanter is not even on his top 10 BORGS. Knight is the pick, why cant you fools see what almost every scout and gm are saying and that kanter is far too much of an unknown. Seriously whackthat this board alone is calling this a three man draft now with kanter in the mix. Ugggghhh.

Anyone know of a web-page where you see what the prognosticators final mocks were last year compared to the actual draft order? I've heard that Ford was the most accurate, how did Givoni do?


I found my own answer: Givoni got the first 8, and had the next 5 or 6 mixed up. After about 15 is anyones guess in every draft. I thin he did well with the first 8. Although it should be noted his final mock probably reflected what he was hearing from teams and discounting his personal evaluations of the players. Is it coincidence that Givoni goofed on the Jazz pick? KOC strikes again!!!!!

I like Givoni and his site, but it's not like he is perfect. He isn't always right about prospects.

My response isn't driven by a mock draft as much as his constant questioning of the guy. I probably would've had the same concerns without Givony, but having as much respect for DX at the time (unbridled, basically), it made my disapproval of the pick much stronger.

He's not perfect, it was important to learn from.
