Utah is more open than most states. Not sure if SLC would have the resources needed to operate an 18-team bubble, but I’d sure like to see them try to pitch the idea.
I thought there are multiple basketball arena in the SLC area from the Jazz arena, SLCC, UofUtah, BYU, UVSU, and Weber State and I bet the academic institutions would like the payday.

KSL had a story on the other page. It sound like the Stars will start a training camp of sorts next week in preparation of heading to the Magic Kingdom. It is going to make it tricky sending two way guys or the rookies down because of the Covid protocols.
