I don't know why I am hung up here... but I really think we should go out and sign this guy to a 2 year minimum deal... team option on second year and limited guarantees this year. He's a good 3 and okayish D wing... like a budget Justin Holiday. Not on a roster... he's a vet and dependable if Oni or others aren't cutting it. He had an achilles injury... he came back and looked good last year. His steal numbers last year are not sustainable but in prior years he was able to get a fair amount of deflections. He shoots it really well. Waive Brantley (and Oni if you give a regular contract to Forrest) and sign this guy. I just keep thinking we need a Justin Holiday type to fill out the roster and Miller looks a lot like that type and it doesn't require a lot of squinting.

Sounds like our type of player because he can shoot the stripes off of a Zebra. I think he makes the team marginally better.

there's just no reason for us to stop looking at FA market right now. Still plenty of good players available. There are still a coupe of roster spots that can be filled. I'm not confident in riding with Oni/Brantley/Hughes as our end of bench guys.

IMO Oni provides something we need in perimeter defense. I like Brantley's overall impact. But I could get behind replacing Hughes.
