^pretty much a stock, straight-forward diarrhea post. Are you still using the same Mad-Libs from, like 2010?
 
guise instead of spending half a season nurturing TL's growth, and realizing 'hey, he actually will be a good versatile third big on a bawse contract for us' we should have just sent an ill-advised max towards Tobias Harris, who fits the team worse and provides an example of spending max dollars for a player who plays the positions of Utah's two best players (both of which are better players)

How many other teams give a #46 pick (who has underwhelmed overseas) half a season of starting + consistent game time in order to determine said player's value? If this is such a genius thing to do, then you should be able to give me a few similar examples.

I think getting Tobias Harris would have been great actually. But they would have matched, so the point is moot.

Lyles will be a much better fit with way fewer dollars in at most two years. Thanks to cake-baking, we now know this. Tobias hasnt even been cracking 30 minutes on his team lately thanks to the play of all-world players like Frye, Gordon, and Fournier.
