Go GET Teague

So that is basically saying that we get more wide open threes than the league average and that we hit them at higher percentage than league average, right?

That's good to know. Thanks for the info

No we get less pct wise, but we hit them more often if we get them.

Who are the absolute keepers?

This team needs to add a solid point guard to the core AND a superstar to be relevant. How are they going to add a superstar?

I would shop Exum, Burks, Lyles and all the draft picks hard as a package to either acquire a s-n-t all star or a top 2 pick. Trey would be a great backup for 10-15 mpg (depending on how long the 3 guard lineup is used). Lyles can easily be replaced in FA. Solid power forwards go on the cheap for the last 7-8 years.

That's the only option I see without giving up a major piece, and it would be a very tough sell for a number 1 option.

Teague - $8mm and getting a raise to at least $15mm?
Hood - negligible for 3 seasons
Hayward - $16mm, and getting a raise regardless
Favors - $12mm, and going to get closer to $18-20mm if he stays healthy.
Gobert - $2mm, and might get the max of a projected $90mm cap (22.5mil)

Add a superstar, fill up the bench, and re-sign all these players?

ATL is rolling so they can ask for high prize for J.T or A.H - smart move, it's better to sell them know for high prize than later for desperate garbage.

Except Teague has made it known he wants out and has even put his house on the market. They're not going to get a high price for him. Atlanta needs to make a trade, just like Utah did with Kanter. However, Teague hasn't been that much of an ******* like Kanter was, so he hasn't totally destroyed his trade value.

Rolling? They've lost 5 out of 6. Their schedule gets worse from here is what the Hawks guy said. Korver has looked like ****... They are in trouble right now.

If you ask me, Utah is the 'decoy' trade partner so the Hawks have more leverage in negotiations.
Quin Snyder was Bud's assistant before he joined the Jazz.
Bud is the GM in ATL. Bud is from San Antonio, Lindsey is from San Antonio.
It makes sense to help out each other.
