Go GET Teague

Nope. Because I think the short-term benefit is not worth hurting the team the next few years.
Utah has two play makers on the court in Hood and Hayward. Rodney, especially. He's exceptional at creating scoring opportunities. What Jazz really need is someone capable of guarding opposing 1's, but who can just stay behind the arc and shoot 3's. Not sure who that will be, but I wouldn't trade a pretty good 6th man for 1 1/2 years of Teague, It's Burke or pass.

No Burks. While I think adding Teague to upgrade Burke in the lineup is the right move, getting Burks back after the All Star break could potentially be such a huge boost to the offense going into the playoffs.

I don't think that Teague is necessarily a short-term fix. He's likely to love working with Quinn Snyder, and Exum can get plenty of minutes at either guard spot.

just because Exum has shooting guard size does not necessarily mean that he's an ideal fit to plug and play at the 2 spot. I like Exum/Burks long-term more than Teague/Exum. . . and I really like a guard lineup of Teague/Exum/Neto at the 1 and Hood/Burks at the 2.

Hope DL stands firm and keeps Burks.

This Travis Bird needs to learn English. My gawd, what's so hard about writing a sentence that makes sense.."have had talked face to face"?

I can find nothing credible from anyone to substantiate this at all.

That was my point. One of us may as well tweet that a trade has been discussed. Heck, let's set Twitter ablaze by saying the Jazz have had face-to-face talks with the Clippers, offering Favors and two firsts for Griffin, but the Clippers want Gobert or Hayward. And at LEAST write in sensible language. Travis Bird probably wrote his tweet from his parent's basement after smoking a couple. In fact, has anyone ever seen Travis Bird and ncoloradojazz together?
