Bucks trade: Mbah a Moute + first-round pick
Utah trades: Al Jefferson

Yes. Milwaukee will be under the cap next offseason. They're not under enough to straight up absorb Jefferson's salary, but adding in Mbah a Moute makes it work.

Also, Milwaukee might be primed to make a big-time move like that. And their pick isn't of great value (which might make them more eager to deal), but the draft is deep. It's possible one or all of my guys would be left on the board at 14 or 15.

The only problem is the new finacial year doesn't happen till after the draft.

One thing about cap room, though. Teams can't use cap room and then also use their exceptions. Utah would have to renounce their 11 million TPE in order to claim cap room to sign a FA.

Good list. I've never liked Ross, at all. At this point, I'd be tempted to take JTaylor over QMiller because I am sick and tired of making excuses for why Miller isn't doing more with obviously elite skill.
