GODZINGIS vs GOBERA

Somebody should probably say something about the rebounding. Gobert of course with 17, but Spida with 8, and Bradley with 9 in 11 minutes played. Even Conley had 4. Dallas is big, but we kicked their butts on the boards which allowed us to weather our poor shooting. That's how we won the game.

I made this same observation in the quotes thread. I wonder how much of the clutch issues are Doncic needing help down the stretch vs just getting experience in winning close games.

Probably a bit of both I guess.
Yeah, actually your post kind of inspired mine. Just didn’t think it was appropriate to quote and go off on a tangent in the Jazz Avenues thread.o_O

This offseason when Rudy said it was time for him to take his game to another level.....

he followed through.

Wow, no kidding! People seem to have forgotten how raw he was when we first got him. Hell, he wasn’t even starting for his National team! This year besides the pn’r he’s developed a post game with even a sweet lefty hook. Hell, the guy’s turning into a cross between Bill Russell and Kareem Abdul Jabbar! One of the reasons I’m not giving up on Bradley as well.

Anyone else notice Mitchell change his shoes at halftime from the yellows to the white. Wonder if don is superstitious or reason for the change

Royce has quietly become a strong rebounder. His defensive rebounding percentage is far away the best on the team other than Rudy and Bradley. The Jazz starting line-up without a traditional 4 never would have gotten off the ground without him stepping up.

The thing is Lakers can win without AD. How about jazz without Rudy?
I’m not ready to go that far. You’re not thinking straight
The Jazz win a thrilling big game, and the Lakers lose and the headline on NBA sports is Lebrons Greatness. LMAO
Context man!! LBJ just passed Kobi in all time scoring. That’s huge in some nba fan circles and that kind of thing is what ESPN caters to. Your an idiot if you think Espn or any other publication outside of Utah is going to feature the jazz outside of making the finals or winning the finals. C’mon son!!

I wore my yellows yesterday. Got several compliments.

Hopefully 49'ers will win the SB. Need some new SF swag and will have occasion to wear the reds.

Congrats to the players and coaches at their recent success. Remember that when times were at their darkest hour, I was supporting you.
