Good coffee places in Utah

Loaded question.

My husband actually works for Boeing (commutes to Layton 2 days/ week) I stay at home with our kids.
We Co-own a dairy and farm and help with that when we can.

It is a beautiful area.

Commutes to Layton?? As in, drives from Baker to Layton and back twice a week? Or, drives to Layton and stays for a couple of days, then drives back? Helluva commute.

Glad to hear you appreciate your scenery. It's one of the most beautiful locations I've ever seen (and I've traveled a fair amount).

He stays in the area for a couple days. :D

Cafe Ibis in Logan.

I realized that I have bought Ibis coffee beans at Harmons a bunch and like it. That is what I currently have in my cupboard for morning french press coffee and cold brewing for afternoon ice tea. What I realized now after researching is that a few of my favorite coffee places around Utah use Ibis beans. Including Juice and Java in Provo. They are quite widespread. I will have to add them to my Utah favorites with Blue Copper and Publik. I also like La Barba but they tend to have a little too much douchey vibe, but I guess most coffee shops in general do.
