Archangel might have been a stretch (he’s appeared with Spider-Man but I don’t believe they ever fought—I made ‘Haywood’ Archangel because I know Archangel betrays the good guys).

They may have crossed over but they are not really spider man villians
Doom = Fantastic 4
Magneto = X-men
Red skull = cap america
sabertooth = Wolverine
That is who they are primarily attached to. If you want to go with cross overs you could use DC villains because there have been a couple Marvel DC cross overs.
