#2 - I am buying a winery, do you think it's counter-intuitive to have a micro-brew/winery? Seems to me, i think, but also could be something completely new??

I don't think there's anything inherently wrong with a microbrew/winery but there's also probably something to be said for having a sharp focus just getting started with either of those things.
 
Yesterday was my Bday. Went to a place called Del Mar al Lago, a Peruvian "cebicheria." I really enjoyed the cebiche (how they spell ceviche in Peru apparently) but my wife and son weren't as into it.

Got a good buzz off some homebrew and continued to plan out my upcoming brewery upgrade. Been thinking about making this jump for a few years now and I'm pumped it's happening.

P.S. the system I'm putting together would be perfect as a pilot system in a microbrewery.

It'd make it way easier to persuade your wife into touring this microbrewery with you.
