Me neither. Whiteside is a better scorer, but I still don't think he impacts the game as much as Rudy. It's pretty obvious. Gobert is younger too.

Yeah, but I get it if someone says Whiteside is more talented. He is way ahead of Gobert in offensive moves and athletic ability. Gobert just has that "it" factor and a way better basketball IQ.

It's not even close. Gobert has a much bigger impact on the game. Whiteside is better on O but Gobert is the better player.

this .. Rudy alters a lot more shots apart from the actual blocks. Better passer, smarter, just more valuable overall.

Yeah, there's no arguing about who is the more skilled offensive player, but Gobert simply changes the game.

Neto played really good, making good decisions and passes, and defended amazing. It's crazy how much better the team plays with Gobert out there, it's a lot more fun to watch too. Hayward was elite in this game, not complaints. Chris Johnson made some mistakes, but great game for him. 2nd leading scorer tonight.
Whithy Johnson and Neto are turning into players. Can CJ be the 3&D player the Jazz need? It will be interesting to see what the Jazz do about Neto and Burke when Burke's contract is up. Neto looks to be a good backup at the very least with a shot to be a good starter. He has shown the ability to run the offense and get his own. He's got some Nash in him as far as creating his own shot and showing some flair doing it. He also had some nice drive and dish and kick outs. This is what the Jazz have lacked this year. Nice to see the Jazz get that kind of play from the pg.
I don't him as a problem, I just don't think he moves the needle that much, at least not with the way he had been playing.
I'll be honest. This was the smoothest fourth quarter in a while. Before Hoods injury the offense has struggled to score with any regularity and continuity felt Utah was relying on him far too much.

Do 8 turnovers and 40% FT shooting ever look good?

no, but usually when people have a bad game with FTs and turnovers, it isn't accompanied by 64% shooting from the field. was just curious to know whether he flipped a switch some time in the game or whether there were some things he was just struggling with throughout the game.

Rudy had 4 assists tonight, Whiteside has had 4 assists in the last month. Rudy defends better in every aspect, whiteside gets more blocks. Gobert>Whiteside.

I gotta say that Burke has played 100% better than last side and has really improved this season. He's been scoring and shooting great and making a lot better reads.

Rudy is far and away better. Obviously, he need to work on his offense. But Rudy is bigger and stronger and three years younger. When Rudy is his age he will overpower Whiteside. And I agree Rudy does impact the game a lot more, much better basketball IQ despite Whiteside being older. Did you see some of the passes he made tonight, Bogut-like.

Whitesides brain is broken. I'd be terrified to pay him what he's about to get.

Can someone please tell me why CJ has not been getting all of millsaps minutes from the beginning?

Missed the game last night but will watch it on DVR. Regardless, PLOP!

Tony Jones just tweeted that Hood said he will "try" to play tomorrow night.

Sweet. Get this team more healthy (favors needs to come back too) and we could go on a nice run
