What's new

Hand, foot and mouth...

None of my children have ever had it, but it is common among children especially if they go to daycare since it is so contagious.

Ugh. Are your older children able to help out in any significant way like cooking or watching after some of the younger ones?
My oldest is twelve and a girl. She can be a big help. The next is almost nine and he's really good at entertaining the rest. But, they went back to school today.

Well, that helps some I guess. Good luck, homie.

Daughter is teething, vomiting and diaarhea. Fun times.

Ugh, good luck brotha. How's she sleeping at night? Ours never threw up except for soon after she was born because of gastric reflux or something. Her teething was only really accompanied by some diarrhea and bad sleep. One night I only slept from 4:15am-5:15am with her on my chest for that hour before getting up, putting her in the crib as I got ready and then left for work. That sucked balls.

Sleeping has been rough with the teething. She finally stopped vomiting yesterday afternoon, which was nice. She's darn near 10 months, and first time she's been sick. Luckily she's been happy through it all, but she wakes up every hour or so at night now. Really nice that it's coinciding with harvest. Work til 11 or 12, up by 6. Wooo!

/my wife has it much worse than me.

I thought you were listing all the things you would take in your ***.

I haven't laughed that hard in hours. Easily the best post in this thread.

Boo effing hoo. Welcome to real life, you whiny little quim-stain.

FWIW, my first daughter was sleeping thru the night at eight weeks, wiping her own *** at 18 months, causes zero problems for herself, the family, or her teachers, straight A student, tested into 6th grade this year (she just started 4th) and she's freaking gorgeous. #thanksmilkman

#2 on the other hand... If she makes it to 18, it will be a miracle.

Kids suck.
