Statistically speaking, you're our best player by far, from a points standpoint, and considering you're only here for another year, just to coach the youngins, even though you can't dunk, are a black hole, your push shot drives us wild, and everyone wants to trade you for Mehmet Okur...

Happy birthday Big Al from your three and a half fans at jazzfanz. Push that!

p.s. Don't eat the cake your lady makes you this year.

He's not a perfect player, but I love Big Al. I actually think that the Jazz will try and resign Big Al. I can't wait to hear the complaining on this board when that happens.

I'm also a Big Al fan.

Although I think the chances are close to 0% that The Jazz re-sign him after next season unless Favors or Kanter tank.

Al is here just so the Jazz can remain somewhat competitive while they get from Point A to Point B. When The Jazz get at or close to Point B; then he's gone.

After next year, no one is under contract except the options for Kanter, Favors, Hayward and Burks. Other than those 4 guys, the only player on the roster now that I think they'll look to retain is Millsap. Maybe Evans.

If he'd just learn how to pass out of a double team I'd be a huge fan. It's really the only large critique I have of his game.

Damn, only 27 years old. It feels like he's been in the league for 20 years.

nice stretch marks, Al

I've always wondered how the season-ticket holders on the front row felt when they got usurped by four dudes in white outfits not numbered 25. My guess is that they feel okay being second-row ticket holders.

This.

Happy Birthday Big Al. Keep working hard and good things will come your way.
