If the Jazz don't land Wiggins or Jabari then pretty sure Coach is going to jump ship at the first contract offer from a playoff contender. He'll get at least 5 offers when his contract is up this summer.

We're going to have to start all over with a rookie head coach, hoping he doesn't turn LeBron Jordan O'Neal's all world talent into Olowokandi bust status.

This. 100 times this. And those of you screaming for Gobert and Burks...they aren't that good right now. Sorry. It is what it is. Gobert just isn't strong enough to play big time minutes. Want to know the recipe to ruin Gobert? Look at what Whitt has done with QB's at Utah:

Brian Johnson: started as a freshman, hurt his whole career.

Then....

Jordan Wynn: started as a freshman, hurt his whole career.

Then...

Travis Wilson: started as a freshman, hurt his a lot of his first year as a full time starter.

Gobert is playing with men now. Do you want him broken before he can even do anything for you?
 
They used reverse psychology on Corbin. They told him that if he doesn't get a winning record this year he'd never coach in this town again.

Ever since he's been driving the players crazy putting pressure on them they aren't ready for, then switching it up and playing vets in front of them, constantly coming up with hair-brained schemes he thinks will fix our offense, then more hair brained schemes to fix the defense, berating players for not following said schemes. and on and on... to the worst record in the NBA (hopefully, right Dennis?)

I've never said I wanted Gobert playing big minutes, but he should be getting some.
 
I don't think there is any way he's been told to lose. I do think that he has been told to play RJ, Andris, and Marvin though. Probably in the hopes that they can increase their value and make them tradable.
 
Telling Corbin to lose is like telling a fish to swim. Why waste your breath?
