There is a reason why Snyder got more votes than Brad Stevens who had 0 by his peers. The fact snyder took a roster that has players with major defects to the 2nd round of the playoffs. He has 2 point guards who are total non threats from the 3 point line, 2 centers who have 0 moves inside the paint outside of putbacks and dunks. It's really hard to do what he was given to work with.
