Hayward Media Introduction

I can respect that but I have a hard time with the naming call because I do not agree with what the organization does all the time. Support your point and quit the name calling. I am talking about some of your other posts. I am actually warming to the pick.. I didn't want Davis and even though I did not feel GH was the BPA I think one can make an arguement that he fits the Jazz system better than some of the other SG/SFs that were available. Personally, I am more upset that the Jazz didn't get another pick to get a big man.

Most of my name calling is in jest except for the true morons. I'll try to tone it down just for you though.

Wrong loser. He was a waste and will be a nice gimmick to get idiots like you to go to games.

Easy, Mullet. No need to call people names. Strong feelings in either direction is only asking for trouble. Everyone relax and realize it's only basketball.

Hayward is skilled in many areas and yet he's only 20 years old. There's a reason why he already has many fans who have said they were cheer for him no matter where he goes, even a Laker fan said that. They like his heart and how he plays the right way. Just watch some highlight film and you'll get the idea.

Of course, I would've loved someone like Favors, but that turned out to be impossible. The Jazz tried to move up but were denied--same with everyone else who tried. As for the 9th pick, based on a lot more information then we have at our disposal, they picked Hayward. No sense in arguing about it now. It's done. Let's focus on trades and free agents now.

honz, don't let the talk get to you. Hayward is a very good player, Jazz made the right choice. The answer to the Jazz's problems was not available when they chose. Kosta and Fess being the only bigs is a little scary, but I believe the Jazz have something in the works that will bring in a good big man. Utah still has two great players in DWill and Miles, four very good players in Millsap, Mathews, Drei, Okur, and Hayward will fit in great, much more versatile than Korver, although not a lights out three shooter.

Will he ever be Kobe?

Gawd, let's hope not, eh?

Thanks for your input, Mrs. Miles. Seriously, solid post, but even as a CJ supporter I wouldn't come close to calling him a great player. Not yet at least.

Can we all just agree that once Paul George becomes the next Tracy Mcgrady without the injuries we will all be wanting to die.
