Well that depends on the number of wings coach K wants and the exact needs. Hayward is not in direct competition with Rose, Drummond and Faried.

I see Hayward's direct competition as Derozan, Thompson, Beal and Parsons.

I would pick Thompson over Hayward any day of the week and I could take Derozan, Beal and/or Parsons over him without losing too much sleep. Hayward is going to have to play his butt off to make the team. I am ok with him not making the team because I don't want him worn out for the season.

That's fair. Also I forgot George. But I was just pointing out that Hayward is not competting with Rose and Drummond directly is all.

I'd take George, Durant, Harden. Then Beal or Thomspn for their shooting at SG.

Hayward is better than Parsons and Thompson. They will have enough bigs so Drummond is out. Faried is overrated and I think Rose will be really rusty.

I am saying that he has 4 other players to compete with if K seems him as a SF. George and Durant are a lock. Parsons and Korver not so much. Bringing up Drummond and Faried has nothing to with. They don't play the same position so they won't compete for roster spots.
