Center Brendan Haywood agreed to a six-year, $55 million deal to return to the Dallas Mavericks, according to two sources.

The Mavs acquired Haywood in a seven-player deal with the Washington Wizards before last season's trade deadline and immediately declared that they hoped he would be a long-term fit. Haywood averaged 8.1 points, 7.4 rebounds and 2.0 blocks in 28 games for the Mavericks, sharing the starting job with Erick Dampier.

The O'Neal story I couldn't find a link to, but he's signed a 2 year, 11.5 Million dollar deal with Boston per SportsCenter.
