Heat and Thunder are toast!

Well, looks like Popovichs idea and game plan to rest his veteran players throughout the season is going to pay BIG dividends this year! The Heat are going to be struggling big time with broken down Wade and now Lebron is hurt and out of the lineup. The Thunder are toast as they will be without Westbrook for who knows how long! I say the Spurs are your next NBA champs come June! What say you?
 
Fear the Pacers. How about Pacers-Blazers finals:). NBA's nightmare... lol.

Actually I think a lot of fans (like myself) would be very interested in a finals like that.

I think there are lot of people looking for something new and I think that would be a great matchup.

Pacers and spurs on the other hand.... blah.
Been there done that with the spurs and a slow *** defensive low scoring battle to boot.
 
This is funny coming from the troll schtick of the guy who idolized Malone who played the same amount of MPG as LeBron has.
 
Heat might be toast, but I like the Thunder's chances. Even though the west is tough.
 
I still like San Antonio. They seem even deeper than last year. If they're in it depends on the health of Timmy and Manu and the shape of Kawhi and Tony.

I really like SA as well, but when the Thunder have been healthy they've been a big problem for the Spurs. Should be fun when the playoffs arrive (at least, in the west)

Yeah but Russell this year? I don't know. 3 surgeries make him look older than all the Spurs together. I don't count on them being healthy until playoff time.
And I might be wrong on this but I think there hasn't been a Thunder v Spurs play off series. Pop doesn't coach for regular season wins. I'd be surprised if he didn't have a surprise prepared for them in a playoff setting.

Thunder beat them two years ago when they went to the finals. Spurs won the first two and then the Thunder stopped messing around and won four in a row. Russell is a beast, he really frustrates the Spurs. Playoffs should be really fun in the west this year.

We'll see. I'd say the Spurs got better compared to this run. They have better spacing better play down low, better defense. And Westbrook looks Rose'ish right now.
