Probably. There's a lot of fat content, likely regular massages.

Sashimi is out, but grilled at high heat until medium(only for safety until studies proved medium rare is safe...ish) and I'm sold.

They have a ******** festival in Virginia City each year about this time. This year's just ended. Most of them are so butchered you can't tell what they are, could be any standard school lunch room mystery meat.

Chicks used to be the best place in Heber. But it came under new management and sucks. Their portion sizes aren't even that big anymore.

They used to offer the best breakfast and steaks this side of the Rockies.
