Help with how flash seats works

Bought tickets to Whitesnake a number of months ago through Smithtix and they said it was delivered to Flash Seats. I created an account and it shows them as upcoming events, but nowhere to actually display the ticket. I see on the instructions somewhere that you associate a card or ID with the account and that functions as the ticket, but I never did that (unless they're counting the card I paid for the tickets with).

How does this junk work?

How does this junk work?

In the app under the account tab it should show under 'my tickets'. It'll give you a QR code.
