I know Kyrie got hurt last night, but as I was looking at the game results, what struck me the most is the bench of GS vs. the non-existence of a bench by Cleveland. Cavs simply don't have enough horses to give the starters a blow. With all their picks, Utah has the chance to keep replenishing talent. A few hard decisions are going to take place (unless we get some home-town discounts by key players), but hopefully DL can keep drafting solid players to back up the starters. Utah could very well be the deepest team in the league next season. Young yes, but incredibly deep. Even if Tomic DOESN'T come over, you figure DL would then buy a big with our cap space. In two years, it's going to be tough to just get a roster spot with Utah, let alone get into the rotation.
 
Bump. Fun thread, ripe for the current situation as well. Gobert is the real deal, and that hasn't changed, other than his step forward in offense this year etching it in stone.
 
Hopefully this taste of the post season leave a good taste in Hayward and Gobert's mouths. I want them to push the team to stick around and get serious this summer. Favors already lives here.
