I was going off of if the playoffs started today, as per my original post.
So you think my original post was in reference to you, and not to what the actual thread was about and every other poster is discussing?

I like how one of the simulations has Sacramento losing 48 straight games. Go Kings!
e Clipper are probably under valued because of the time Chris Paul has missed.
It looks totally alright. You have 8 guaranteed spots hence you have 800% to distribute among all contenders.Although you're right that superficially it looks ridiculous.
Just read qman's link to Hollinger. Had to take a little nap after working on my analyses. His was of course more computerized than mine. But i was surprised to see that his projections were almost exactly like mine with one notable difference. I have the Lakers out of the play-offs and Houston in 8th spot. I believe the Lakers as they are now constituted are a deeply flawed team. It's there in the numbers for anyone who cares to look. A thirty pt/game scorer, two guys around 15 per and ........ not much else. The Clippers who at seasons start had me believing in them big time also could slip to borderline on the playoff question. Thunder and the (yeech) Nuggets appear to be the West's two best teams. Do you realize that Gallineri (sp?) is their leading scorer (17 something) and Nene is not statistically impressive at all. They end up looking like a solid team with a real shot.
