I've seen something similar on "An Idiot Abroad" (great show on BBC America, watch it it's funny) and it was very frustrating for the guy. He wasn't doing anything the guys in the video are doing. He actually just ended up giving up and not doing it.

What's that hose connected to and why don't they want to show us?

Connected to s Jet Ski, but supposedly they are building a cheaper seperate machine that would do the same thing.
