What's new

How bad/good is Cody Williams?

Somewhere between 325 & 350?

No way he was 310 when he entered the league.

FWIW, I think it's wise to have very low expectations for Cody in Summer League. He's most likely just barely recovered from Mono and it looks like he is in the middle of reworking his shot. He could definitely look worse than last year, which would be discouraging, but understandable. The hope is that he starts looking better by preseason.

I'm not trying to make excuses, just trying to have reasonable expectations.

That fosters will get you.

Found out a funny thing about Fosters, they use the same model as Red Bull, in that they don't really exist, in that there is no central brewery headquarters, they are a marketing brand that is licenced for production worldwide by a central parent company.

Do they produce cell phones too?

I wasn't being that serious, but I did find this picture from a year ago if someone wants to try and compare.

so many factors at play that honestly you just can't tell. his arms are in different positions, different angles, which are going to accentuate muscles more than others, etc. also, in regard to his legs, until we see a side by side comp, it's impossible to tell.

Looks like Cody has been working hard on arm day, but still skipping leg day.
What we should be looking for is not his arms or legs but his core muscles: hips, lower back, abs... Those are the muscles he needs to develop so that he is not pushed around on defense and to have the stability to play through contact on offense. And those muscles are hard to see.
