How Joe Ingles can get better: Kaatsu Training

Yep.
All hail DL

This is probably my favorite starting 5 since the Stock/Malone years, and maybe even more than those. I cannot wait for the season to start already!! GAAHHHHHH!!!

I can't believe the complete 180 last season brought. I was down on Favors (injuries and range) but he was a pillar in a top-3 starting 5, skeptical of Rubio, DM was a nobody, Ingles got better and will again, Crowder added/Hood removed, flexibility maintained.

I'd say thank you DM, but he's gotten so much love that the best player (Rudy) and Joe almost seem like afterthoughts.

I am telling you, this stuff easily works out and improves your twitch muscle at a high intensity. Not just that, Kaatsu research studies shows that it helps rewire your neuro-muscular connection to be faster. Football athlete commenting on the effect of using Kaatsu for him that he has noticed. "Now I just feel [an increase of] speed and power"

Just looked it up. There is no peer reviewed research confirming it does anything
