Minnesota and the cavs are proving to be pretty good at this too:

Former minny bust Wes Johnson scored 27 for the lakers. Recent bust Derrik Williams put up 6/4/12 in his first game with his new team.

The cavs have two #1 picks, two #4 picks and a #17 pick. And they have only won 4 games. The cavs should scare Jazz fans.....they got the high pick, added some veterans, got a new coach and.......absolutely suck. There are no guarantees in tankville.
