Right. We're somehow supposed to accept that a sex video of a private citizen (that he never consented to) is totally newsworthy and must be considered within our right to free press.

Well he was made to sell it, a punishment of sort, but Hogan did the same thing according to you and he was awarded large sums of money.



Had he held onto the Clippers for 5-10 more years it could have been worth $3billion. So he is forgoing potential profit the same way as Hogan did with the sponsorship.
