What's new

I saw Randal dribble twice, I think that means he could be a pg. At least that's what Boler calls any player who can dribble more than once.

Yeah, that maybe, but if I were the GM, or the coach, that's what I'd do.

Whose decision was it to play LeBron at the PG when he first came to the NBA? IT WAS GENIUS. He learnt a lot about how to handle the ball, how to run the offense, how to pass and make plays, etc. It was outside the box thinking for sure to put him at PG...

I see A LOT of potential for Randle at the SF and I just think he'll thrive there.

I thought lebron played the point guard alot in high school. Remember him getting magic johnson comparisons.

Huge difference between high school lebron and randle in court vision, bbiq, leadership, ball handling, and passing ability.

He does have some point forward skills.. but he's not a SF.

I think the likelihood that the Jazz end up with Randle is very high.
I doubt we end up 3rd worst. Let's call it 4th. At least one team leapfrogs and we pick 5th. I'd say that comes down to Randle and Gordon. I suspect the Jazz take Randle, but it's too close to call.

Randle's ceiling just doesn't seem that high to me. His athleticism is underwhelming, as is his length... his bully ball won't be as effective in the NBA...

Make me more excited about him, peeks.

Serious question: is there a way to block all new threads posted by Hotnickkkkk so I don't have to read the daily drivel?

Why Randle at SF? Holy hell, I though we went through this a thousand times.

Burks is not a PG. Put him at SG and he excelled.
Millsap is not a SF. He is an All-Star PF though.
Hayward is not a PG. He is a very effective SG.

Why try to turn Randle into something he isn't? He is a PF that will probably put up Millsap numbers (14-16 and 9-10). In fact, he is Millsap. Keep him at PF. Get a couple All-Star games out of him, then don't overpay him when he ages. Pretty simple. Randle is probably the safest pick in the draft.

You know you will get 10 years of 14-18 PPG, 8-11 Rebs, and solid defense with a good coach. Probably get 1-3 All-Star games. That's it.

Don't reinvent the wheel.

Not a bad post.
