But why is making me pay thousands more than I normally would for cars a good thing? Like what am I getting out of that?

I know Biden was boring and his dog bit people, but I didn’t have to pay thousands more on cars because he was waging some stupid tariff war on Canada and Mexico.

But I was told repeatedly that Trump is the president for the working class slob.

The real question will be if any of our family members will read that story/quote? And even if they do, will they care? Or will they merely spin it as fake news or justify continued support for Trump over some other heat shield, like “aBoRtIoN.” As long as family members have heat shield issues to justify voting for and supporting fascism, nothing will change.

That Navarro dude sure is a suck up. Might as well be like "tariffs will babysit your children and tarrifs will do your dishes and tariffs will mow your lawn tariffs will prevent wildfires"

So are tariffs good things or bad? Because a few weeks ago donald made them sound bad and punitive. He was big angry at woke Canada and Mexico and said if they didn’t comply with something that the tariffs would be higher. So it sounded punitive but was he really just meaning that their tax cuts would be larger? And if tariffs are tax cuts, why do billionaires like Trump and musk need tax cuts? Why not just increase tariffs?

I wish Trump world would make up their mind.

Actually, I just wish the media would stop treating this with the level of dignity that they are. They’re still acting like this is 1998 and bob dole and bill Clinton have slightly different views on things and the media’s job is to be neutral and invisible actors giving “both sides” attention. Instead, I’d like to see them do the responsible job of screaming, “what the **** are you talking about dude? Large tariffs placed on our biggest trading partners is going to jack prices up for consumers and **** over our economy.”
