Greece's Prison Officers Association said the pool was built using money raised by the association and was restricted to staff and inmates at the psychiatric wing. so where is the cost benefit analysis of the swimming pool?
what percentage of the country's debt is due to this pool?
American guards or prisoners don't ever have money spent on them?
Greece would be smarter to have all its prisoners pumping iron so they are good and muscled and tense and angry when they are released like American prisoners, not relaxed and somewhat content having spent time self-reflecting by the poolside ?
