I pledge not to bitch and moan about the team this season. I understand that Exum's absence is a big loss and that he leaves a huge void and that every game, every opponent has a huge mismatch at the point guard position. I further understand how that affects us as a team both collectively on the court and so far as our depth goes. I understand that a team's progress has bumps and bruises, peaks and valleys, and while there may be spans during which we look shaky and go 2-8, there will also be times when we get hot and focus and go 12-2. More than anything, I trust that Quin is teaching and challenging and making our team better every day. Maybe we only go 40-42 this year. But that's improvement and with Exum back next year, maybe we take some huge leap.

That said, I pledge my undying love to the Jazz this season and am excited to root all season long, no matter what happens.
