And we didn't even need Melo The Jazz Killer to do it (he was injured).
Yup, with basketball done for the year (thanks a lot, Rudy Gobert) our MSG Network is showing us the great Knick games. We have so many of them. Last night I watched the February 6th 2012 game against the Jazz. Man, we destroyed you. Jeremy Lin in his first game starting in his life put up something like 87 points against you. Think about that. A kid from the land of the plague who never started an NBA game in his life absolutely single-handedly beat you. I watched the game six times in a row. It was beautiful.
Now here's the thing, the teams were miles apart in talent. My Knicks had six Hall Of Famers on that team (Carmelo, Amare Stoudemire, Tyson Chandler, Jeremy Lin, Iman Shumpert, and Mike D'Antoni). The Jazz? Oh, man, there were only two players I even recognized. This was your starting line up back then:
- Ronnie Millsap
- Thomas Jefferson
- Gordon Hayward (I didn't recognize him because of his Korean boy band stupid haircut)
- Devin Harris
- Raja Bell
You honestly think those five were any match against Jeremy Lin? You honestly were proud to field that starting five? Plus your coach was some guy I never saw before. It wasn't Sloan and it wasn't Snyder. Your unknown and clueless coach had no answers at all against the might of Jeremy Lin. Lin was the Chinese Virus and you Jazz had no Personal Protection Equipment against him.
Well, we killed you. Lin The Jazz Killer. I am glad that MSG network showed the game. I watched it six times and loved it. What were you watching last night? The latest episode of "The Last Dance" where we see the Jazz get humiliated by the Bulls?
