If Ben simmons is in the Jazz team

Jazz wouldn't want Simmons they are building to win a championship next year with Hayward haven't you heard. We are at the top of the mountain. No time for talented youth on this team.

As I mentioned earlier Simmons would be benched
if he is on the jazz team.
The jazz is on winning mode right now and have no time for talented youngsters.
This might change if Hayward and hill leave this year and they need another rebuild.

I'm really big on Simmons. I would have traded all of our assets save Hayward, Gobert and Exum before the last draft. However, we have to wait and see what Hayward does before we make that bold move.

Ben Simmons completely checked out during his one-and-only season at LSU. Dude just went through the motions, biding his time until draft day. He doesn't have the work ethic, nor is he the type of teammate I would want.

Checked out & biding time, and still got 29 PER, 19 ppg, 12 rpg, 5 apg (with no talent to pass to).
What does that tell you about his talent?

utahjazz, think Dante would have put up these stats at LSU?

It tells me he's got the talent, but lacks the right mindset. I hope the kid does well, but I'm dubious.

No talent? C'mon dude. LSU had a ton of talent his Freshman year. He had Tim Quarterman, a guy who got signed to a guaranteed NBA contract, on his team. He came into LSU with 2 other 5-star recruits. LSU had talent. They were poorly coached and it's just a fact that playing around Ben Simmons is not an easy thing. The guy refused to take jump shots and destroyed spacing and played little defense. LSU had more talented players than most SEC teams, and that's a flat out fact.

Yep, the talent was there (and IS there), but I'll definitely give you that LSU's coaching was horrendous. I'm hoping Will Wade can turn that program around. There's no reason that a school like LSU should have a mediocre men's basketball team.

Regretful note: In my years at LSU I never ONCE went to a basketball game. Previously I was at UofU and went to countless basketball games 1995-1998, including the NYE Tim Duncan vs. Van Horn game. (they used to let you bring in open beverage cups!)

I'll defer to you. I don't follow the college game closely, so just repeating what I've heard about his supporting cast on Philly sports radio.
