Lmaooo this thread doe. I feel like this same type of thing is why Kanter was delusional about his abilities. All his home country fan boys and media whispering(shouting?) in his ear about how amazing he is and how his coaches are holding him back. Hopefully Exum has more sense and actually works to improve.

It's like people attach their own self worth to how their home town boy does, and gets ugly when they don't meet expectations.

I dunno Fish, I think its just about to get fun, as the Australians circle wagons and berate Cy for the sort of chauvinist national bigotry that has made American pariahs in so much of the world.
