He will hit FA when there is actually a slight decrease in the cap. That said I think you are right. I think multiple cellar dwellers will offer max. Dante I doubt gets a max unless he kills it next year. It would be speculative... think he gets a Rubio type contract scaled up pro rata for the cap.

It doesn't even add up.. That move puts them in cap hell and one of the highest luxury tax brackets next year..
