Jazz trade #42 to Toronto for a 2018 second round pick.
You can't remove the red flags though. If Dekker was a consistent shooter he'd be a top 5 guy too. I like turner, but he's a five... long term he won't fit well with Gobert and I think he has more value to another team that doesn't have a young stud center. I wouldn't be upset at all if we drafted and kept him, but if we had an offer to pick up another prospect in the same tier that might fit better and get another good draft asset I would rather pursue that option.
Not every player you draft ha to be a starter. Turner could be a stretch 4/5 and play well with Favors and Gobert in short and long terms.

I am aware... I don't think Turner can play with Gobert... both are true centers. Favs can play both positions imo. That's the long-term fit issue. I'd take him though if he is there... if he shows good progress in a small role he is an amazing trade asset.
The odds that a guy after 20 makes it are low. . . but I'd gladly trade #42 & #54 plus cash for #23. There's still a chance that something crazy happens and a guy like Lyles, Oubre, Hunter or Looney is still sitting there. Give the Jazz Turner at #12 and a guy who falls at #23 (which has been money for them lately) and this is a very successful draft.Portland reportedly wants to trade #23 for 2 second rounders. I would do that. There are a number of rotation guys in that range: ROH, Anderson, Hunter, Jones, etc.
