What's new

IF we lose this series…

okay sorry man, I'm just throwing haymakers at this point in all directions.

Look, I'm not happy, either. I just don't think this is as over as a lot of people are making it out to be today.
Yeha, but my point is that if they play like they did in Game 4, it's over. IT's not like Utah got unlucky in Game 4. They just played like ****. That's worrisome because Game 1 and Game 2 the Clippers losses were competitive. So far the Jazz's havent been. The Jazz have a much smaller margin for error.

Will the Clippers play in Utah the way they have in the last two games?

Will they get the favorable whistle?

Will they have the energy to maintain their high energy defense... at altitude?

Do the Jazz role players play better at home?

I think the Jazz have a damn good chance to win game 5.

If the Jazz win game five then the Clippers have to beat them again in Utah to win the series.

This **** isn't over.

This. We should look at last seasons Nuggets fan forums to see if they were acting like this big of bizzles down 3-1 against us VS us currently being 2-2.

We are absolutely the best team in the league when we play at home and that’s why finishing with the #1 seed was more important than anything else.

Sure we could have played the Lakers and Nuggets but then we’d be going into Phoenix for Game 1 of the WCF instead of hosting.

We need Mike back or we are cooked. We also have to do so many things better.

It sucks if we lose though because I think Game 6 becomes a roll over and die game if we lose. The ramifications of going down in flames like this could be catastrophic.

Andy Larsen absolutely killed it in his triple team... saying a lot of the same **** I been saying about DL... namely we are "all in" on this year and you have given the coach no options at the end of the bench... called out the Thomas and Udoka moves specifically. It was great to read it in something that hopefully gets back to DL wherever he is.

What happens during the offseason? Predictions, please.

My guess is that we would look at our regular season success and would largely run it back to the frustration of many.

Anything short of the conference finals is a failed season. Even the ‘15 Hawks made the conference finals.
If we lose this series it’s because we were down Conley who was getting us into our offense getting into the paint and kicking out or lobs to Gobert. He was doing it better than both Ingles and Mitchell, and making everyone else better around him, as well as getting his own and was very efficient from three. If we had Conley the whole series, we probably have a better first quarter which changes what happens in the second quarter and we were the better team in the second half winning both quarters in the second half. You are overreacting. Our offense looks way better with Conley in the game. I believe this team fully healthy has what it takes to go far in post season play. Last year no Bogey, this year DM isn’t at full strength but still putting up huge numbers and Conley has been out. And he’s a huge part of our success. There’s really no reason we should win with Conley out. Utah played out of their minds at home vs the Clippers. If we lose there’s no need to panic to much.

Nah... it’s not that bad, we can beat them at home, but without Mike it most likely takes 7 games to beat them. If we win that is.
No mike = no win.

Clips have figured us out without Mike. If the shoe was on the other foot and they didn't have PG then things are obviously different. It sucks.

Yeah, and that's why the Jazz have been holding Mike out.

Imagine if he pushes the hammy and blows his knee out? This era of the Jazz really relies on Conley having 2-3 more good years while the Jazz transition to new playmakers through some divine luck in the draft or free agency.

If the jazz don’t **** the bed in the first quarter last night, we have a chance to win last night. We are much better at home.

When you are down by a million the other quarters have less meaning... last night was one real quarter and extended garbage time.
