Still not sold on Portis at #12, but I'm becoming interested in Pat Connaughton because he reminds me of Matthew Dellavedova physically.
If the Jazz were to use him like the Cavs use Delly - get the ball to the wings and let them run the offense - and just play good, physical defense on the PG. . . I could see them using him as a non-traditional PG in their system. Especially as a 3&D guy like they used Exum last year. Maybe I'm wrong, but I don't see him as either a traditional PG or SG. . . more of as a specific role player.
Anyways. It's a thought. He's been rising on my board to the point that I'd probably draft him at some point in the 2nd round.
