What's new

I'm at the Zion's bball center, players working out....

sure, they work out, but if they come here they develop chemistry together, and when a team like the Jazz don't have a superstar, they need to know how to play together to win. (btw, if we get wiggins, i bet a subway footlong that he is gone after his restricted contract is over.)

sure, and he can take his two titles with him

Sidney Lowe came through our Starbucks drive-thru today. I said hi to him and called him by his name...he seemed surprised when I knew who he was.

You and Archie have a Starbucks drive thru? Holy ****.

Yeah, because leBron had so many titles when he left Cleveland ............ Oh, is Wiggins going to be better than LeBron? Or does our team which sucks so badly that we win the lottery have more talent? If we are so bad that we are top 3 in the lottery than we don't have the talent for a championship Wiggins or no.

Man that's a piss poor attitude. Sure glad I don't live your life.

Comparing one team to another is foolish unless they have the same players. You arguement is just bad. We will not have a bad record due to our players being bad. It is because they are young, untested and thrown into the spot light. Not to mention the complete lack of a bench and a new, relatively untested coach.

Will Wigins be better than Lebron? Who knows. But will Utah be better than Cleveland. I think so.

the only rookie getting serious time will be Burke. Hayward and Favors are about to sign tennish mil contracts, wouldn't call them young. Kanter and Burks have talent oozing out of their bodies, and this bench will surprise you. I stand by my feeling that it's time to win, not tank.

I would. Especially Favors. Both in age and experience. Same with Kanter and Burks. With Hayward I can see an argument being made but would call him young.

As for the bench. It is full of no bodies, rookies and D league call ups. (Assuming Kanter, Favors, Hayward, Burks and Burke are starters)

Jefferson is a former all star and Biendrins has been a double double guy. Rush is a proven shooter who just had an injury, everybody loves Jeremy, Marvin was a number two pick and who cares past ten. All it would take is for thee players to go back to 80 % of what they once were to have the eight players that would get serious time on a playoff team. Teams don't usually play the whole roster in the playoffs anyway, the season is just a way to find out who those eight are.

Everyone loves Evans but that doesn't mean squat. He can dunk and rebound. He has no shot and no weight to hold his position down low.

Biedrins has not averaged over 2 ppg in 2 years. Anytime he gets comes from kanter, Favors, Gobert and Evans. No thanks.

Jefferson didnt even average 10 ppg when he played 26 mpg+. Not to mention he is 33 and obviously declining.

Rush just came back from a major injury. Will he be the same? We hope so but he missed a whole year. He will not come out blazing.

Williams is a number 2 pick but that in no way guarantees success. He is also coming off a big injury. His fg% has gone down over the last three years.

Suddenly this bench is good? Sorry but the answer is no.
