he will challenge the law seeing as he cannot run for president. he would just become a vp.
the when Biden resigns for personal reason the vp becomes president automtically.
so he became prsident but not by running but by circumstances.
then challenge the law in court would take years. thereby solidifying obummercare en the irandeal.

Obama wouldn't become the VP. America would be pretty skeptical of the VP running for president with the current president on the ticket as the VP. So many of us are already against having either a Bush or Clinton in the White House simply because we want a change.
The idea that something so outrageous as Obama running again, or declaring marshal law, or whatever else, that would keep him as our president past his term is plain old laughable. No one who supports him now would support such a thing. All those who for whatever inexplicable reason thinks he's the most horrible president ever would flat out take up arms if such a thing were to happen.
What in the world has lead anyone to believe that he'd even consider such a thing? Just because he's such an American hating evil ******? For real though.

Well people still love obummer, because he is a master manipulator, so he migth get his way by taking the backdoor to a 3rd term. and such a 3rd term might challenge the amendment in court
Biden gets his son's and his own wish be president for a day or "2"(ok maybe a few weeks
).Biden is 72 by time he would take office he would be 73 or 74? he would then be the oldest president at the time of inauguration.
if he will be 74 at time of inauguration why would he run. obama biden administration have a track record of "personal" legacy above all else.
so now Biden gets his personal legacy having "president" on his resume. and obummer is a power hungry psychopath(yes he is power hungry because he jokes a lot about a 3rd term)
so obummer wants a 3rd term otherwise he would not joke about it. joking if he would run for a 3rd term he would win.
obummer knows he cant control clinton. she might ruin his "legacy" so if obama truly believes he could win a 3rd term. he might think he would win a "3rd term as a VP"
so joining bidens ticket ensures in his mind victory! thereby securing his illegal laws like obummercare which could be easily repealed by executive order. the iran deal which most republicans will undo.
ok lets say biden wins obama as vp. is there a law that says he cannot resign.
because at that moment the presidential succession line and the constitution are in conflict.
president- Joe biden
vice president- Obama
speaker of the house - traitor john Boehner
secretary of state - whoever biden/obama chose.
so would the line of succession skip obama and go to boehner?
there will be a court case. and it will take years.
meanwhile obummer is sitting in the white house!

America is ripe for the rise of a demagogue. Someone to identify what strikes fear in the hearts and minds of significant numbers of Americans. Someone to zero in on those fears. Maybe, and this really helps, find a group of people who can serve as a scapegoat, a focus for those fears. And while such a candidate encourages that fear, if he or she is sharp, they'll also remind all those fearful voters how America was great at one time. And he or she will make America great again. A skilled demagogue, if he or she isn't a world class orator, Adolph comes to mind, well, heck, maybe folks won't mind if you act uncouth and talk tough in a crude sort of way. After all, Americans love a tough guy. Maybe being a real tough guy can make up for poor oratory skills.
The time is ripe. So many fear America is on the decline, pushed around by everybody. We can't settle for the same old, same old in leadership. Enter the clever demagouge. But we don't have anyone like that running, do we? Naw, that can!5 happen here. Not in this country. We're too smart to fall for that. Right?

And while I'm on a soapbox, let me tell you why we have no true leaders in this nation right now. Because none of our "leaders" know how to speak from the heart, to the heart. Native Americans thought with the heart, not simply the head.
There's a reason Native American leaders were some of our greatest orators. They spoke from the heart, and, in doing so, touched the hearts and moved the hearts of those to whom they spoke. Speaking from the heart, to the heart, moves people. People follow leaders who can touch their hearts. There is nobody on the political scene in America who knows how to speak from the heart. Only that will move people. People in this land are, whether they know it or not, absolutely starving for that kind of leader. Ever listen to JFK's inaugural address? There's a reason it moves people to this day. A leader HAS to know how to inspire and move people. Not stoke their fears, not offer empty promises of a return to greatness, not zero in on what scares us, only to scare us all the more. A leader speaks from the heart, knows how to reach the hearts of his/her listeners, and inspire the desire to follow. And, IMHO, we lost that here some time ago. Where are those leaders? Where is the man I will follow into the jaws of death? Where is the man who makes me proud to be an American??
