Which is a big reason I wanted him. Was a great leader in the locker room and ultimate competitor. I remember him having A piece of his finger smashed in a game. The legend is in order to go back into the game he had the finger amputated, not exactly how it happened. This describes it pretty well.

Yep. I love my leadership and big play ability so far. White, Lott and Polamalu. People forget how insanely good (and clutch) he was.

This isn’t how I thought this draft would start. I figured most people would start out with the sexy offensive positions, leaving the Taylor’s and the Lott’s and White’s of the world to me, envisioned having this drop dead devastating defense, and still having an elite offense.
