Insomnia Sucks

My sleep schedule was so messed up in college that I'd have a hard time making it to my 11 am class. I used to fall asleep around 6 am and I remember I could hear the neighbors going to work and the birds chirping outside. Things have improved since then and now I fall asleep around 2. Progress, baby.
 
I post on web sites like this. Or play video games. Or read.

I used to suffer from Insomnia a lot. Having my life in order was a huge cure for it. I generally only have those nights now when I'm stressed about something. Usually work is what keeps me up.

But when I'm having those occassional periods of insomnia it is generally a few nights in a row and not an isolated event. So if I have a problem one night I'll drink one beer or cocktail to relax and get my mind off of problems and go to bed a little later than normal to be sure I'm extra tired.
 
Not the answer. You start taking pills for it you will suffer from insomnia more when you stop taking them. Also they make you more tired in the morning than just not sleeping at all.

have u tried em, if so which one(s)? worked for me. started with high dose, weaned off slowly, now i got my sleep schedule down to a science bro. i dont even need an alarm any more most days. one of the best things i ever did bro tbh.

Seeing as this is the first time I have ever had it wouldn't that indicate that I am not a lazy ***?
