Let's be honest here. If I came home one Friday and my wife handed me my free pass and said "enjoy" as she left for the weekend taking the kids with her, and I found literally any one of these ladies scantily-clad in the bedroom (or living room, or kitchen or whatever) and ready to go, I would simply be very grateful and would have a wonderful weekend.

I think being able to dance is a big part of it, also personality as you'll have to interact with fans, etc. I would guess the criteria is something like:

Dancing ability 40%
Personality 30%
Overall presentation 30%
