IS Bledsoe a free agent this offseason?

Am I missing something? Bledsoe is a small, albeit very athletic PG who has trouble staying healthy, won't shoot better than Burke, won't pass as well as Burke, etc.... Granted, he's a better defender, but why would we chase him with a max deal when we've got Trey on rookie scale? I'd rather go after Dragic if anything.

We drafted Burke to be a 'good-enough' PG while we build around other positions.

well, let's hope that happens. I have more questions about Burke than answers. He's definitely not a lock.
