Hey man, i have equivalent to Masters degree from Saint Petersburg. i mean, it is in Russia so its basically worthless but whatever. What do you know? Nothing if you think P3 increase the muscle memory capacity.


Agreed players how want to avoid injuries, lengthen their career and be more athletic are dumb.

Did Boss Man Karl Malone need P3? Boss Jordan? Kobe?
 
You people here realize that every team in the NBA (and every sports team in the world) does programs just like P3. Jazz just like their expertise so the sent the players to P3 for short times during off season when they are not working with them.

I assume none of you would rather Jazz players be out partying it up right now like most of the nba or playing pickup games on cement working useless moves just for entertainment.

I realize that size huge boobs' mom is cheaper than hand cream.

No, but did you also know many athletes across several sports have taken ballet lessons to improve their coordination? P3 is an improvement on that old methosd. Will it make player X a better shooter. No. Will it improve quickness and jumping ability, flexibility and agility? Yes.

Training has to be a combination of many things. The other positive is it gets teammates together for a week or two. I wouldn't care if they went to a corporate team-building seminar in the mountains for a week. It's good to have these guys together building camaraderie.

You are talking about proprioception my friend, which is different thing. If you want ballet it is much better training to send the boys down to three ring circus for walking on slack line. This is best proprioception training i know of.

Problem with this is proprioception can be lost to time but muscle memory is not. It is permanent we know this from in vivo studies of mice. The nuclei stay so you never forget how to pedal the bike.

Also, you think Boss Man Karl needs ballet? ROFL no I can not picture this. Why he doesn't? Because he builds up proprioception while training like real man.
 
he needs some nastiness and fire power. I feel like hood is the only guy from our team who will do some nasty thing.

I do have a masters in sports performance but other than that I guess only years of experience in this field and dozens of certifications.

Oh and Karl Malone and Jordan both did what P3 does for training so yes they needed it. No they dont need it from P3, but P3 is a good facility with lots of experience and better technology for tracking their results than most places.

Most players spend off season when they are not required to be training relaxing and having fun usually only players who are very serious about what they do or are fringe players who really want to make it use their free time to train. All players do what P3 does with their own strength and conditioning program during the required times.
