In a way I think it's probably better for our health to complain about "problems" we can fix (such as overeating the sushi) than problems that can't be solved.

i make it a point to not complain in my real live, yes i know i am and have been biggest complainer on here.

but it started few years back, when there was another victim of the 3rd world traffic chaos most countries know.
i then never have haste in traffic, never complain. and just stay level headed. since then it began branching out in most of my live.

and yes i do complain as a libertarian from the vats overreach of government. but i do it a lot less now.


maybe we all should try that and complain about real world problems. not some sushi bill.
