What's new

Is LogGrad right?

we got enough lotery picks. none of them is close to ebing an allstar
either jazz are picking the wrong players. or jazz are not developing those players.

either way a another lotery pick is not gonna solve that problem

Ugh!!!

Haha it is if the player is Lebron JAmes, D-Wade, Michael Jordan, or Hakeem the Dream.

Point is that in a normal draft, I can understand your point, but have you been watching College B-ball this year? Draft is loaded man.

They say this draft is the best in 10 years. Maybe the best since 1984? If you had a top 4 or 5 pick in Lebron or Jordan's draft, your chances of landing a Superstar are pretty good. Ultimately, its a good year to be bad.

We are not going to make the playoffs this year. one might as well go all in on the 2014 draft, hoping that we lose a ton of competitive games where the young guys play well.

U being serious?

Regardless of the trolling above........the play last night seemed to support what Log has been putting up about players not buying into the system. There was an obvious effort last night to trust the system and it produced some pretty nice results while balancing for defending the break and 2ndary break. I haven't seen that kind of play outside the first couple games and 1 or 2 others.

I'm not sure they gave up before as much as not trusting their own playmaking abilities.

No just expressing frustration. My brain says whooohooo for the tank, but the part of me that wants to be entertained is frustrated by how unwatchable we are. I'm so confused!

Not really meaning to dogpile, but one instance is not "all the time". Furthermore, that team featured three borderline all-stars and a perennial DPOY candidate (and four-time recipient, tied for the most all-time). I wouldn't say that so far this year that the Jazz are close at all to that model.

I never said it was all the time. I just pointed to an example of it happening. It could happen again.

Sometimes a good coach loses. Sometimes a bad coach wins. It doesn't mean Corbin is a good coach.

R u talkin to me or everyone else???

U no I can hang bro. Troll on. And on and on and on and on and on....

You post five times as much as me and none of it is Jazz content yet I'm the one trolling? Get a grip and reciprocate.
